Alloop Privacy Policy

Last Updated: June 15, 2026

1. Overview and Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how Alloop LLC ("Alloop," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you use the overseas version of our mobile application, connected wearable devices, health and wellness features, AI-enabled features, Community, and related support services (collectively, the "Services").

The Services are designed for general health and wellness management. They may help you view wellness information, understand trends, receive general insights, and use wellness-focused AI features. They do not provide medical diagnoses, treatment recommendations, or clinical services and are not a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional. We do not provide the Services for healthcare providers or insurance companies.

2. Who We Are

Alloop LLC is responsible for the personal information processing described in this Privacy Policy. Alloop LLC is registered in the United States and has a registered office at 651 N. Broad St., Suite 308, Middletown, Delaware 19709, United States.

For individuals in the European Economic Area ("EEA") or United Kingdom ("UK"), Alloop LLC acts as the controller of personal data processed through the Services, unless a feature-specific notice states otherwise.

3. Information We Collect

The information we collect depends on the features you use, the devices and health platforms you connect, and the choices you make.

Account and profile information. When you create or manage an account, we collect information such as your email address, date of birth, username, profile image, authentication information, and settings.

Health, wellness, and device information. When you connect a supported wearable device or health platform, such as Apple Health or Health Connect, we collect the information you choose to share with the Services. This may include heart rate, blood oxygen measurements, movement and activity data, steps, sleep information, recovery information, signals from connected sensors, and scores or insights derived from that information. Health and wellness information may be considered sensitive personal information or special category data under applicable law.

AI interactions. When you use the chatbot or another AI-enabled feature, we collect your prompts, messages, feedback, and the information needed to provide a relevant response. Depending on the feature, this may include selected health and wellness information or derived insights.

Community information. When you use Community features, we collect profile information, follows, posts, images, comments, reactions, feed activity, and messages. Information you publish may be visible to other users according to the feature and available visibility settings.

Device, usage, and diagnostic information. We collect information about how the Services and connected devices operate, such as device and application identifiers, operating system, language and regional settings, feature interactions, timestamps, network information, crash reports, diagnostics, and security events.

Support information. We collect the content of requests and communications when you contact us, report an issue, or submit a privacy request.

We receive information from you, your use of the Services, connected devices and health platforms, other users, and our service providers.

4. How We Use Information

We use personal information to provide and maintain the Services, including to create and secure accounts, synchronize connected devices and health platforms, display dashboards, calculate activity, sleep, recovery, or similar wellness metrics, and provide personalized general wellness insights.

We use information submitted through AI features, together with relevant account or wellness context, to generate chatbot responses and health and wellness insights. AI outputs are provided for informational and general wellness purposes only. They are not used to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects. Our AI service providers process personal information only to provide, secure, and maintain the requested functionality under our instructions.

We use Community information to deliver posts and messages, enable follows, comments, and reactions, organize feeds, respond to reports, enforce Community rules, and protect users from spam, abuse, and security threats.

We also use information to troubleshoot and improve the Services, analyze necessary product performance, communicate service and security notices, provide support, comply with law, and establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

We do not use health and wellness information for advertising or marketing. The Services do not contain targeted advertising, and we do not use personal information to build advertising profiles across unrelated applications or websites.

5. Cookies, SDKs, and Similar Technologies

Our applications, related websites, and service providers may use software development kits, local storage, device identifiers, cookies, logs, and similar technologies. We use these technologies to authenticate users, maintain settings, connect devices, operate features, understand essential service performance, diagnose errors, protect the Services, and prevent abuse.

We do not use these technologies for cross-context behavioral advertising. You can manage certain permissions and technologies through the Services, your device, your health platform, or your browser settings. Disabling a permission or technology needed for a requested feature may prevent that feature from operating.

6. How We Disclose Information

We disclose personal information only as needed to provide the Services, at your direction, for security and legal purposes, or in connection with a corporate transaction.

We use service providers for cloud hosting and databases, AI processing, necessary product analytics and diagnostics, security, customer support, and Community messaging and feed functionality. These providers receive only the information needed to perform their services and are required to protect it and process it in accordance with applicable contractual restrictions.

When you connect a wearable device or health platform, information may be exchanged with that platform at your direction. When you publish content, interact with users, or send a message through the Community, the relevant information is disclosed to the audience or recipient you select.

We may disclose information to authorities or other parties to comply with law, protect rights and safety, investigate abuse, or enforce our terms. We may also disclose information in connection with a corporate transaction, subject to appropriate safeguards.

We do not sell personal information. We also do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not provide financial incentives in exchange for personal information.

7. International Transfers

We provide the Services using systems and providers located in more than one country. Personal information associated with users in the United States is primarily stored in the United States, while personal information associated with other overseas users is primarily stored in the United Kingdom.

Those countries may have different data protection laws from the country where you live. We use contractual, organizational, and technical safeguards designed to protect information during international transfers and limit processing to the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.

8. Data Retention and Account Deletion

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services and fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. We consider the nature and sensitivity of the information, the duration of your account, the feature for which the information is needed, security and abuse-prevention requirements, legal obligations, and applicable limitation periods.

When information is no longer required, we delete, destroy, anonymize, or de-identify it as appropriate. Some information may remain temporarily in backups or be retained when required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.

You may request deletion of your account and associated personal information through the account settings in the application or through the account deletion page made available outside the application. Revoking access to Apple Health, Health Connect, or a connected device stops future access through that connection but does not by itself delete information previously received by Alloop.

9. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorized access, and disclosure. These may include access restrictions, authentication, encryption, monitoring, secure development practices, and service-provider oversight.

No system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You should notify us if you believe your account or information has been compromised.

10. Your Privacy Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access or obtain a copy of your personal information, correct inaccurate information, request deletion, restrict or object to certain processing, withdraw consent, or receive information in a portable format. You may also have the right to complain to a data protection authority and to appeal certain decisions concerning a privacy request.

You can manage device connections, health-platform permissions, notifications, profile settings, and certain Community choices through the Services or the relevant device or platform settings. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing that occurred before it was withdrawn, and it may prevent us from providing a feature that depends on the relevant information.

To exercise a privacy right, contact us using the privacy request channel in Section 13. We may verify your identity and authority before completing a request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a right provided by applicable law.

11. Age Requirement

The Services are intended only for individuals who are at least 16 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If we learn that we have collected such information, we will take reasonable steps to delete it. A parent or guardian who believes that a person under 16 has provided information to us may contact us using Section 13.

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in the Services, our practices, or applicable law. We will publish the updated version through the Services or an associated website and revise the "Last Updated" date. If a change materially affects how we process personal information, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent where required by law.

13. Contact Us
